My Brush with Fame
My friend, Shawn, loves me now. I enabled him to meet his dreamgirl - Giada De Laurentiis. I happened to get an email about her book signing at our local Sur La Table store. There was no way Shawn was going to pass this up. We got to meet her and she signed her new book - Everyday Pasta. Yum yum!

Haha! How funny since this was a much-discussed topic (Shawn's dream girl) at recent events. So, was it a love match? ;-P
Yeah, did Shawn ask her any questions about herself? ;) And did he get his picture taken with her? That I'd like to see.
She didn't allow posed pictures so we decided not to take any. Since her husband was there, she definitely didn't throw herself at Shawn. But if he hadn't been there, who knows..... :)
